SEED Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 13, 2025
Last Updated: October 8, 2025
🪴 TL;DR (Too Long; Democracy Respected)
We believe in plain language and transparent terms. Here’s what you should know before diving into the fine print:
We don’t sell your data. Ever.
We don’t take sides. SEED is neutral, citation-based, and built to help voters make up their own minds.
You’re in control. You can edit or delete your information anytime.
We play fair. Don’t misuse SEED, distort results, or impersonate others.
We’re human. We do our best to keep information accurate, but elections move fast — so some details may change.
We’re here for clarity, not chaos. SEED is for civic understanding, not political campaigning.
Now, here’s the full version — for the record and for the lawyers.
1. Who We Are
SEED is operated by GETSEED, Inc. (“SEED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We’re an independent civic intelligence platform designed to make candidate positions clear, comparable, and verifiable — so voters can make informed decisions based on facts, not noise.
2. Using SEED
You may use SEED if:
You are at least 18 years old.
You use SEED only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.

7. Accuracy & Availability
We strive for accuracy and fairness, but SEED is a dynamic civic tool that depends on evolving public data.
Therefore:
Some information may change or be updated over time.
SEED is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
